Layers of foam are pre-scored in tiny cubes. Simply measure your equipment, use tape or chalk to mark the foam, and pluck away. 1. Lay item on foam block, outline with chalk. 2. Separate 1/2" cubes from block, following outline. 3. The finished block of PickN Pluck foam. Place the 1" sheet of foam (included with foam set) in the case to protect the underside of your item.

Mid-month, TNT delivered perhaps the luckiest DTV modulator in Australia.

The case had been accidently dropped out the back of the truck onto a road where a car then promptly ran over it. An extremely apologetic TNT delivery guy delivered the consignment to a very bemused DS at Pimpala.

The case is a write off but the NEC modulator miraculously escaped any damage. Photo at right.
